CANCELLATION POLICY
~ no hard feelings ~
By booking online I agree that my appointment is reserved solely for me. If for any reason I need to reschedule, I must do so at least 24 hours in advance of my appointment time. I understand that a credit card is required to book an appointment but it will not be charged at the time of booking. Late cancellations within 24 hours of my scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service price, which is used towards retail products from our lāyers skincare line. No-shows will also be requested to purchase products in lieu of the service booked to cover the cost of the missed appointment. For example, if you cancel your Hydrafacial treatment the same morning as your appointment, you will be required to purchase any lāyers skincare products of your choice adding up to the treatment price of $195 (or more), which can be picked up at the office with your next appointment. A fair compromise.
Any 6 week brow follow up appointments will be charged as color refresh appointment $200 for late cancellations or no show. Late arrivals will be serviced for the remainder of your allotted appointment time if time permits and at the discretion of Fāces. You will be charged the full amount of original service booked. If you are more than 15 minutes late into the scheduled appointment; your service may be cancelled and the cancellation fee will be charged. We respect your time, please respect ours.
-CALLING ALL MOMS- If you’re in a pickle and need to bring your Littles to the session, please do! The studio is private, dark and relaxing to keep them calm while you get treated. There is also a tv with access to Paw Patrol which helps 😉 ! When you book your appointment online, choose the Kiddo in Tow add-on so we can prep the office in advance for the wee tot.
